Daily Departure Times and Days From Main Connection Hubs

  • Days – Monday to Sunday
  • Morning Departure Times: 6 AM, 7 AM, 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, 11AM.
  • Afternoon Departure Times: 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM.

NB: Arrival Times will be destination specific.

Create a Personal Account:
To make your booking process a lot more convenient, create an account that will save your personal information and trip details. The next time you want to make an online bus ticket booking through the App, you do not have to key in your information again. This as the app would display your data that was keyed in the last time and is now personalized to your liking.

In relation to refunds for delays or cancellations, InterMetroOne RedPlate Bus will seek to have a less restrictive fare rules, permitting changing a ticket, but cancellation with a cash refund isn’t possible. We however may have to give a full refund for cancellations that are made within 24 hours after purchase for tickets purchased at least 2 hours before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Tickets are valid for up to six (6) months after purchase date.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-reroutable.
• Passengers are allowed one (1) bag not exceeding 50lbs.
• All tickets are issued on your smartphone along with a confirmation email. This is to be shown to the RedPlate Bus Transporter on entering the Bus.
Customer’s personal and financial information is kept safe and secured on the app.
