1. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
1.1 What is JUTA X Membership?
JUTA X is a premium monthly membership program that gives travelers discounted rides-to-hub, priority boarding, guaranteed seating, member-only fares, oversized luggage upgrades, VIP support — plus four free courier deliveries every month.
1.2 Who can sign up for JUTA X?
Any customer who travels between Jamaica’s major cities or frequently uses JUTA Express or InterMetroONE services can join. Individual, Family, and Corporate tiers are available.
1.3 What are the membership pricing options?
Professional / Individual: $3,500 per month
Family: $4,500 per month
Corporate: $5,000 per month
1.4 Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No. JUTA X runs on a monthly subscription basis. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
2. TRAVEL BENEFITS
2.1 What are “discounted rides-to-hub”?
These are discounted rides provided by InterMetroONE (via the Shuttle or RedPlate Taxi fleet) that take you to or from a JUTA Express hub.
The discount progression is:
Ride 1 → 25% discount
Ride 2 → 50% discount
Ride 3 → 75% discount
Ride 4 → FREE
Additional rides (Corporate tier only) → billed at corporate rate
2.2 How many discounted rides do I get per month?
Professional: 2 rides
Family: 4 rides (shared)
Corporate: 6 rides (pooled)
2.3 Do unused rides carry over to next month?
No. Discounted rides are monthly only and do not roll over.
2.4 What is the guaranteed seat benefit?
Members get priority access to JUTA Express seating.
Corporate members also receive a 24-hour guaranteed seat protection, even close to departure time.
2.5 Do members get priority boarding?
Yes — all membership tiers receive priority boarding.
3. COURIER BENEFITS (NEW)
3.1 What is the free shipping/delivery benefit?
Members receive up to 4 free courier shipments per month through JUTA Express Courier Services.
3.2 Does the courier benefit roll over?
No. The 4 free shipments reset monthly and do not accumulate.
3.3 What can I ship under the free courier benefit?
Standard parcel shipments that meet JUTA Express Courier size and weight guidelines. Oversized or specialty packages may incur additional fees.
3.4 Can I use all 4 courier shipments at once?
Yes. You may use them any time within the same billing month.
4. FAMILY & CORPORATE PLAN QUESTIONS
4.1 How does the Family Plan work?
The Family Plan allows up to four linked members to share benefits, including rides and courier shipments.
4.2 Can Family Plan members have different pickup locations?
Yes — each linked family member can set their own pickup address in the InterMetroONE App.
4.3 How does the Corporate Plan work?
Companies get pooled discounted rides, reserved seating, 24-hour guarantee, corporate billing, and staff travel cards. Courier benefits apply at the corporate account level.
4.4 Can we add or remove staff members under the Corporate Plan?
Yes — administrators can update their employee roster at any time.
5. FREE RIDE PROMOTION
5.1 What is the Free Ride Promotion?
Eligible members receive up to two promotional free rides:
First ride with InterMetroONE
Last ride within promo period
Value capped at JA$1,500 per ride.
5.2 Who qualifies?
Only fully approved and active JUTA X Members.
5.3 Where is the promotion valid?
Rides starting and ending within Kingston & St. Andrew and Mandeville
Valid only when booked and paid via the InterMetroONE Super Customer App
5.4 Is the promotion unlimited?
No. One free first ride + one free last ride only.
5.5 What charges are not covered?
Members must pay:
Surcharges
Government fees
Tolls
Tips
Taxes
These are calculated on the pre-discount amount.
5.6 When does the promotion end?
December 31, 2026 at 11:55 PM
6. BILLING, RENEWALS & CANCELLATION
6.1 How does billing work?
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
6.2 Does membership renew automatically?
Yes — unless you disable auto-renew before your billing date.
6.3 How do I cancel?
You can cancel through the InterMetroONE App or by contacting JUTA Member Support. Cancellation applies to the next billing period.
6.4 Is my fee refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
7. ACCOUNT & SUPPORT
7.1 How do I access member benefits?
All benefits are activated inside the InterMetroONE Super Customer App under your JUTA X profile.
7.2 Can I update my information?
Yes — contact JUTA X Support or update details through the app.

8. TERMS & MODIFICATIONS
