Please note that InterMetro and JUTA Express tickets are non-refundable. However, they remain valid for use up to 6 months from the date of purchase. You may use your ticket for the same route or apply it to any route of equal or lesser value, subject to a date change fee of $300 JMD. For routes that exceed the original ticket value, customers will be required to pay the difference.
